摘要
介绍多层螺旋CT的发展及其在急性胸痛病因鉴别诊断中的应用,特别是在鉴别对严重危及患者生命安全的急性冠状动脉综合征、肺动脉栓塞、主动脉夹层疾病上的突出优势,具有无创、准确、快捷、廉价等优越性,并通过与传统的X线、超声及插管法心血管造影等其他检查手段对比,显示多层螺旋CT血管成像在急性胸痛病因鉴别诊断应用中的价值、临床应用前景及今后的研究方向。
This article reviews the development of multi-slice spiral computed tomography and its application in etiological differential diagnosis of acute chest pains,especially its outstanding advantages in the differential diagnosis of severe diseases threatening people＇s health including acute coronary syndrome,pulmonary embolism and aortic dissection.This metod has some advantages of noninvasive,accurate,shortcut and cheap Compared with other examination methods,such as x-ray,ultrasound,cardiac angiography by intubation,and so on,multi-slice spiral computed tomography had showed its its value,clinical applicaton prospective and future research direction in the differential diagnosis of acute chest pain about its etiology.
