摘要 1H-磁共振波谱分析是测定人体内化学物的一种非损伤技术,文章介绍了1H-磁共振波谱分析的基本原理,分析了脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、转移性脑肿瘤、颅脑神经瘤的1H-磁共振波谱分析,对判断肿瘤的性质,病理分级,对治疗的反应,肿瘤的鉴别诊断均可提供有价值的信息。 ^ 1 H-MRS is a non-invasive technique detecting the chemical materials in human body.This article reviews^ 1 H-MRS about its basic principle,and appilication in brain glioma,Meningloma,metastatic tumor and cranial nerve tumor,which will provide useful value for the judging of tumor nature,pathological grading,therapeutic outcome and differential diagnosis.
