肝硬化组织中MMP-1和VEGF的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝硬化形成中的作用及其相互关系。方法:用免疫组织化学的方法检测57例肝硬化组织和10例正常肝组织中MMP-1和VEGF的表达。结果:MMP-1和VEGF在肝硬化组织中的表达明显高于正常肝组织中的表达(χ2分别为8.233和10.876,P均<0.05)。MMP-1和VEGF在肝硬化组织中的表达一致(χ2=2.227,P>0.05)。结论:MMP-1和VEGF能促进肝硬化的发展过程。 Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in liver cirrhosis tissues, and to discuss the possible meanings of their roles in liver fibrosis. Methods: Fifty seven liver cirrhosis and 10 normal specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry (Envision). Results: The expressions of MMP-1 and VEGF were increased in liver cirrhosis tissues(χ^2=8. 233 and 10. 876, P d0.05). The expressions of MMP-1 and VEGF in liver cirrhosis tissues were uniform (χ^2 =2.23, P 〉0.05). Conclusion: MMP-1 and VEGF may promote the development of liver cirrhosis.
