摘要 目的:探讨CD117和CD34在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测22例GIST患者手术切除肿瘤组织和真性平滑肌瘤组织(对照组)中CD117和CD34的表达,并观察病理学改变。结果:GIST患者手术切除肿瘤组织在光镜下主要由数量不等的梭形和(或)上皮样细胞呈束状和弥漫性排列而成,形态较多样。GIST组织中CD117、CD34阳性表达率分别为100.0%、83.3%,对照组真性平滑肌瘤组织中CD117和CD34均无表达。GIST主要发生在胃(54.6%,12/22)和十二指肠、小肠(36.4%,8/22),腹膜后少见(9.1%,2/22)。结论:CD117和CD34是诊断GIST比较有特异性的抗体,具有诊断价值。 Objective: To study the expressions of CD117 and CD34 of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and their clinical significance. Methods: Twenty-two cases of GIST were investigated with clinicopatholgical observation and immunohistochemical analysis of CD117,CD34. Results: The positive rate of CD117 and CD34 of these cases were 100% and 83.3% respectively in GIST. 54.6% cases of GIST originated in stomach, 36.4% cases in small intestine and 9.1% of cases in other places of digestive tract. Conclusion: Expressions of CD117 and CD34 are the special antibodies for diagnosing GIST, and can be used to diagnose the disease
