摘要
目的:建立大鼠同种异体异位节段小肠移植模型,为研究小肠移植排斥反应提供良好的动物模型。方法:健康成年SD大鼠100只,供、受体各50只,进行同种异体异位节段性小肠移植。结果:预试验10次,术后72h存活率40%。正式实验40次,术后72h存活率85%。全部手术时间平均160min,供体手术时间平均70min,受体手术时间平均90min。结论:良好的血管吻合方法以及输血、补液、保温等围手术期处理是提高手术成功率的关键。
Objective: Establishment of Segmental heterotopic small bowel transplantation (SBT) model in rats in order to study the rejection of SBT. Methods: One hundred healthy adult SD rats, donor and receptor 50 each. Segmental heterotopic SBTs were performed the reconstruction of small intestine. Results: The 72h survival rate of 10 cases in pre-exprimentation was 40% and the 72h survival rate of 40 case undergoing SBT after the model stabilized was 85%. The whole process averagely took 160min. in which the donor manipulation averagely took 70 min and doner manipulation averagely took 90 min. Conclusion: Excellent anastomosis of blood vessels, adequate supplement of blood and liquid, maintenance of body temperature were the keys to success.
