摘要 介于脑部毛细血管与脑组织之间的血脑屏障是一层难以通过的生理屏障,大部分有中枢性作用效能的药物因不能通过血脑屏障而在临床上的运用受到限制,因此近年来针对能够通过血脑屏障脑部靶向给药技术的研究逐渐成为热点。 The existence of blood-brain barrier (BBB) is an unfavorable factor in the treat-ment of central nervous system (CNS) diseases. The following advances were reviewed in this paper: preparation methods of drug-loaded nanoparticles and the mechanism of crossing blood-brain barrier of nanoparticles.
