5-氟脲嘧啶和地塞米松结膜下注射治疗人工晶体前膜

Management for anterior membrane of intraocular lens by subconjunctival injection with 5 - fluorourocil (5-Fu) & dexamethasone (DEX)

目的探讨5－氟脲嘧啶和地塞米松结膜下注射治疗人工晶体前膜的临床疗效。方法对人工晶体植入术后，出现晶体前膜形成的病例10例10只眼，进行以5－氟脲嘧啶和地塞米松结膜下注射为主的治疗观察。结果10例患者经治疗，1wk内人工晶体前膜均分解吸收。随访3mo未再复发，视力均达0．7以上。结论5－氟脲嘧啶和地塞米松结膜下注射治疗人工晶体前膜安全、有效。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of subconjunctival injection with 5-Fu & DEX for anterior membrane ofintraocular lens.Methods: After transplantation of intraocular lens, 10patients(10 eyes) with anterior membrane were administeredsubconjuntival injection with 5- Fu & DEX.Results: The melt & absorption of membrane occurredin one week after the management. Follow- ups were performed and recurrences were not observed in 3 months.Patients' vision were all above 0. 7.Conclusions: Subconjunctival injection with 5 - Fu &DEX is a secure,efficient means to patients who suffer fromanterior memlerane after transplantation of intraocalor lens.
