摘要
目的探讨泪道阻塞的治疗方法。方法应用Nd：YAG疏通泪道，插置多孔硅胶管支撑，使用灭滴灵、氯霉素、地塞米松、α－糜蛋白酶配制的四联药液加压灌洗全泪道。结果泪小管阻塞治愈率为93．6％，鼻泪管阻塞治愈率为90．9％，泪道多段阻塞治愈率为88．9％。结论该方法简单、经济、泪道再通效果好．颜面部不遗留瘢痕，并可重复治疗。
Objective: In order to study the managernent of obstructive lesions of lacrimal ductsMcthods: 96 cases (100 eyes) with obstructive lesionsof the lacrimal ducts were trealed by Nd: YAG laser deroppilation, insertion of porous sili -cone - tube and pressor lavation of the lacrimal duct, the lavage solution consists ofmetronidazolum, chloromycetin, dexamethasone, and dchymotrpsin.Results: The cure rates of dacryagogatesia, obstructionof naso- lacrimal and multiple of the lacrimal duct were respectively 93. 6%, 90. 9% and 88. 9 %.Conclusions: The method was simple and economical.It had the characteristics that the cure rate was higher and noobvious complication occurred.
