滤前盐泥用于高密度饱和盐水钻井液的实验研究

摘要 盐泥是盐化工业生产过程中产生的固体废物,其主要成分与盐水钻井液相似,因此从理论上讲盐泥可应用于盐水钻井液。以江汉油田现用高密度饱和盐水钻井液为基础,在不改变钻井液密度、pH值的条件下,研究了江汉油田盐化工总厂滤前盐泥加量对该钻井液性能的影响。盐泥中的NaOH、NaCl、CPA、CaCO_3等成分均为钻井液的有效成分,其中的固体颗粒、高分子处理剂CPA、正电胶及Na_2SO_4等成分影响钻井液流变性能。室内实验结果表明,在盐泥加量小于500 kg/m^3时,可满足钻井液流变性能和滤失性能的要求。经济分析结果表明,滤前盐泥在饱和盐水钻井液中的应用价值约为110元/t。该研究可实现盐泥的资源化、降低高密度饱和盐水钻井液成本,对于实现循环经济和盐化工业的清洁生产具有重要意义。 Theoretically salt silt can be used in formulating salt water drilling fluids.Laboratory researches were done to test the effect of salt silt(before filtration)from Jianghan Salt & Chemical Complex on the properties of the high density saturated salt water drilling fluids,with the prerequisite that the density and pH of the mud shall not be changed.Chemical components of the salt silt such as NaOH,NaCl,CPA,CaCO_3 are commonly used in drilling fluids,and some of them have special influences on the rheoiogy of drilling fluids.It was shown that drill- ing fluids treated with salt silt at concentrations of less than 500 kg/m^3 had satisfactory rheology and filtration properties.Economic analyses showed that the cost of salt silt(before filtration)was(?)110/ton in use in drilling fluids.The application of salt silt in high density saturated salt water muds plays an important role in reducing mud cost and minimizing pollution caused by salt industry.
