摘要
扎那若尔油田地质条件非常复杂,地层中有大段的盐膏层、塑性泥岩和可钻性极差的泥板岩,极易造成缩经、井塌、井漏、卡钻等井下事故和复杂情况。在总结经验的基础上结合现场实际,形成了一套适用于扎那若尔油田的钻井液技术。现场应用表明,该钻井液抑制性能好、抗膏盐污染能力强、防塌封堵能力优良,对安全钻穿井下盐膏层以及克服泥岩垮塌、蠕变起了重要作用,井下复杂事故出现率明显减少,提高了钻井速度,满足了扎那若尔油田钻井作业和完井作业要求。
The complexity of the formation geology in Zananol oilfield,including lengths of salt/gypsum formations, plastic mud stones and low drillability shales,always caused downhole problems such as tight hole,borehole sloughing,mud losses and pipe sticking.A special drilling fluid and the application techniques were established based on the past experiences and understanding of the reaction between the formation rocks and the drilling fluids used.Borehole sloughing,tight holes,and pipe sticking,which prevailed in the past,were successfully overcome using the new mud formulation and techniques.
