摘要 采用薄层扫描法,以丹参酮ⅡA为检测指标,考察丹参醇提液在回收乙醇、浓缩、干燥工序中的化学动力学降解过程。实验结果表明,丹参醇提液在后处理工序的热不稳定性,是影响丹参酮ⅡA含量的主要因素。 The studies of degradation dynamics on tanshin0ne ⅡA of alc0hol extract of Radix Sa1viae Miltiorrhizae during the alcohol-recovery,concentrating and drying processes have been carried out by TLC-scanning method in an index of tanshinone ⅡA. The results indicated that it was the main factor that thermal unstabi1ity of alcohol extract during after-management processes influnced tanshinone,ⅡA content.
