高职院校青年教师职业道德失范现象分析

The Loss of Professional Ethics of Young Teachers in High Vocational Schools

高职院校青年教师职业道德的失范表现为集体意识淡薄、敬业奉献意识不强、为人师表意识欠缺。究其原因在于受不良社会思潮的影响、高职院校思想政治工作和道德教育失衡以及评价与激励机制不合理。加强高职院校青年教师职业道德建设的对策为:加强理论教育,切实提高思想认识;加强领导,注重青年教师职业道德建设;加强制度建设,依法治教。

The loss of professional ethics of young teachers in high vocational schools marks by the weak collective consciousness, the weak sense of dedication and the lack of achievement of the teaching profession. Those results are caused by the negative trends of social thought, the imbalance between ideological and political work and moral education as well as the unreasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism. The countermeasures to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of young teachers in high vocational schools include： intensify theoretical education and improve really thinking and understanding; strength- en leadership and pay more attention to professional ethics of young teachers; strengthen the building of systems and carry out the law-based education.
