摘要
本文通过对高职人才特点以及高职人才在企业地位和作用的分析,阐明了企业特别需要高职人才,并进一步对高等职业教育提出了相应的建议。
This paper, based on the analysis of the high vocational talents＂ characteristics and their status and roles in the enterprise, clarifies the badly needs of enterprises for high vocational talents, and furthermore provides some recommendations for the high vocational education.
