摘要
提出了建筑设计企业人力资源管理的重要性,介绍了人力资源管理的重要方法,指出了人力资源管理是企业发展战略的重要组成部分,从而为企业的人力资源管理人员提供相关理论参考。
The importance of human resources management in architectural design corporation is brought forward, and the main methods of human resources management are introduced. The paper points out that human resources management is one of the most important parts in the development of the corporation, which can supply academic reference for the corporation manager of human resources management.
