摘要 CYP1A2是一种重要的细胞色素P450酶,可代谢多种临床常用药物,并参与活化许多前毒物和前致癌物。CYP1A2酶活性可受到基因多态性、药物、饮食等因素的影响,其中基因多态性是导致CYP1A2活性及可诱导性产生个体差异的基础,对CYP1A2基因多态性的鉴定分型在个体化用药中具有重要的指导意义。 CYP1 A2 is an important cytochrome P450 enzymes, which is involved in metabolism of many clinical drugs and activation of some precarcinogens. CYP1 A2 activity can be influenced by various factors including genetic polymorphism, drugs, food and so on, in which the CYP1 A2 genetic polymorphism is the basis of difference on the activity and induction of CYP1A2. Therefore, the genotyping of CYP1 A2 plays an important part in individualization of therapy.
