荧光薄层扫描法测定中药中磷脂酰胆碱含量

Content Determination of Phosphatidyl-choline of Chinese Materia Medicas by Fluorescence TLC-scanning Method

报道以荧光薄层扫描法（TLCS）测定补益中药中磷脂酰胆碱（PC）的含量。以丙酮和氯仿—甲醇—冰醋酸—乙醇—水（25:4:6:2:0．5），2次同向展开，在碱性硅胶H板上分离PC，经DPH显色后，进行TLCS定量，回收率97．2％，RSD＝1．89％，方法简便，灵敏，快速。国内外来见报道。

The fluorescence TLC-scanning method was developed for content determination of phosphatidyl-choline in Chinese materia medicas with tonic action. The method is as follows:being secondarily developed in homo-direction with a mobile phase (acetone-chloroformmethanol-glacial acetic acid-ethyl ester-water(25:4:6:2:0.5),separated on alkaline silicagel-H plate, colorated with DPH,then determed with fluorescence TLC-scanner.As a resultthe recovery is up to 97.2% and RSD is 1.89%. This method is simple, sensitive and quick. No similar experiment report was discovered at home and abroad.
