摘要
采用嵌入式单片机和数字式控制阀设计了可实现无级调节恒力加载和动态变载荷循环加载的数字式加载系统,介绍了系统的硬件组成和工作原理,给出基于嵌入式系统的设计思想和流程框图。仿真结果表明:该系统能够在轴承寿命强化试验机上实现变载荷加载,对我国现行轴承寿命强化试验机的生产和改造具有重要意义。
Electro-hydraulic control system embedded with ADuC812 is presented,which is designed to provide digital variable load. The hardware structure and the working principle of the system are shown, also the software of the embedded control system is given. Experimental results indicate that the testing machine can provide variable load, which has great significance on the machine＇s manufacturing and reform.
