摘要
针对液压集成块设计中的难点,即孔道网络的优化设计,将适合求解大规模组合优化问题的遗传算法与其相结合,对孔道网络进行自动优化设计。通过建立问题的数学优化模型,提出对布线顺序的处理策略,根据元件编码的特点,分别设计了相应的交叉算子和变异算子,实现了自动寻优的液压集成块孔道网络连通设计。
The network optimization design is a difficulty in hydraulic manifold block design. A method integrating genetic algorithm which is suitable for solving large-scale combinatorial optimization problems and the knowledge of hydraulic manifold was put forward to design and optimize hydraulic manifold block. Through the establishment of the mathematical model and the treatment strategy of the routing order, crossover operator and mutation operator were designed respectively, automatic optimization of hydraulic manifold block network design was achieved.
