摘要
分析了压延机主机辊距与产品厚度的关系,指出了产品的厚薄问题不仅与主机有关,与压延机的后联设备也有着密切的关系,剥离、牵引、冷却装置以及它们的辊径、辊间距、辊筒的结构、辊筒的数目、辊筒的表面粗糙度都影响着产品的厚度及亮度。
By analyzing the relation of the roller pitch of calender and the thickness of product, this paper pointed out the thickness of rolled products not only depents on the mainframe,but also on the subsequent equipments,such as stripping,cooling and hauling equipments.
