From the point of 'prescription' and 'symptom',the author gives some ideas to the influence of Zhang Zhongjing's academic thought to the coming generations,and the charateristics of applying prescription in the clinic correspondingly to the relevant symptoms.The author holds that on studying Zhang Zhongjing's methods,one should broaden the way of thinking and try to obtain new understanding and ideas so that one can apply prescrip-tions correspondingly.
