摘要
图书馆对馆员职业生涯规划的重视与否,直接关系到图书馆高层次人才的去留,是图书馆人力资源是否得以充分开发的衡量标准。图书馆应制订切实可行的馆员职业发展规划,为员工创造良好的职业发展环境,在馆员职业生涯规划中通过多种方式,让馆员充分实现自我价值,以达到图书馆事业与个人事业的相互促进,共同发展。
Whether libraries emphasize the professional development of librarians straightly decides the leaving and staying of high-level personnel, which is also a standard to measure whether libraries can fully exploit their personnel resources. Libraries should make accessible professional development plan for librarians, create favorable professional development environment for librarians to realize their personal value, which can also lead to the mutual development and complement of undertakings for both libraries and librarians.
