通脉增智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆记忆障碍的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Tongmai Zengzhi Capsules Applied in the Treatment of Dysmnesia Caused by Vascular Dementia

用通脉增智胶囊对64例血管性痴呆患者进行治疗，并与用维生素E、阿斯匹林、乙酰胺吡咯烷酮片治疗32例作对照，观察患者记忆力、脑电图及血液流变学指标。结果发现，研究组有效率为81.2％，优于对照组的56.2％（P＜0.01）。治疗后记忆商（MQ）明显增高，与治疗前和对照组比较有显著差异（P＜0.001，P＜0.01）。治疗后脑电图异常率明显下降（P＜0.025）。全血比粘度、血浆比粘度及纤维蛋白原水平较治疗前明显降低.且优于对照组（P均＜0.01）。提示通脉增智胶囊具有改善记忆障碍、脑电图以及血液流变性的作用。

64 cases of vascular dementia treated with Tongmai Zengzhi Capsules were compared with 32 cases treated with Vitamin E,Aspirin,Tablets of Ethanolamine. By observing the cases of the two groups for their memory,EEC and the index of blood rheolgy,it turned out that the effective rate of the experimental group was 81. 2%,Which was superior to 56. 2% of the control group (P 0.01 ). The patients showed obvious increase in their MQ,and there was a significant difference compared with their condition before they received the treatment and with the control group. After treatment the abnormal rate of the patients' EEC greatly dropped(P0. 025). Meanwhile specific viscosity of whole blood,of blood plasma,and the level of fibrinogen also noticeably decreased,all of which were better than that of the control group (P 0.01). It is suggested Tongmai Zengzhi Capsules have effect of improving dysmnesia,EEC and blood rheology.
