摘要
[目的]目标教学法在急诊科护生实践技能培养中的应用效果。[方法]将200名大专实习护生随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各100名,对照组采用传统的教学模式,实验组采用目标教学法模式,出科时进行急救技能和理论考试考核,比较两组的教学效果。[结果]实验组急救技能和理论考试考核的成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]目标教学法在急诊科护生实践技能培养中可明显提高教学效果。
Objective:To probe into the effect of target teaching method in practical skills training of nursing students in emergency department. Methods: A total of 200 practical nursing students were divided into control and test group (100 cases each group). Traditional teaching mode was adopted for students in control group. Andtarget teaching method was provided for students in test group. Then firstaid skills and theory examination were carried out when they finished their practice in emergency department. And teaching effect of the two group students was com- pared. Results: Both the performance of first-aid skill and theory examination of nursing students in test group were better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Target teaching method can enhance the teaching effect of practical skills training of nursing students in emergency department.
