摘要
[目的]探讨术后胃肠减压顽固性堵塞的排除方法及护理。[方法]回顾性分析58例术后胃肠减压堵塞病人通过改良胃管后的护理方法。[结果]病人胃管均保持畅通状态,成功率100%;病人3d^10d后成功拔除胃管,恢复良好。[结论]经应用改良后的胃肠减压管并加强胃管改良后的病情观察及护理,可有效地促进术后胃肠减压顽固性堵塞病人胃肠功能的恢复。
Objective：To probe into the elimination methods and nursing care of patients with postoperative gastrointestinal decompression intractable obstruction. Methods：Nursing methods of 58 patients with postoperative intractable obstruction after undergoing gastrointestinal decompression with improved gastric canal were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The gastric canals of patients kept unblocked, and＇the achievement ratio was 100 %. Gastric canals of all cases were extubated after 3 d-10 d. And patients recovered well. Conclusion： Using improved gastrointestinal decompression tube and strengthening observation on illness condition and nursing care of patients can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal decompression intractable obstruction.
