摘要
[目的]探讨床边全程血液透析对急性脑水肿的治疗效果。[方法]在综合治疗的基础上使用全程血液透析,并根据病人的血压、血容量以及脑水肿的情况确定脱水量,同时加强病情观察与护理。[结果]本组20例病人急性脑水肿症状均消除。[结论]血液透析是治疗病人急性脑水肿状况的有效措施之一。
Objective： To probe into the curative effect of bedside whole range hemodialysis on acute cerebral edema patients. Methods： Using whole range hemodialysis based on combined therapy, the dehydration amount was determined according to patients＇ blood pressure, blood volume and state of cerebral edema. Meantime, observation on illness condition and nursing care of patients were strengthened. Results： Symptoms of acute cerebral edema of 20 patients was all disappeared. Conclusion： Hemodialysis is one of effective measures for patients with acute cerebral edema.
