老年高血压病患者血脂和脂蛋白变化的研究

Detection of plasma lipid and lipoprotein in aged patients with hypertension

目的观察老年高血压痛患者血脂和脂蛋白变化特点及意义。方法随机选取90例高血压痛住院病人，同时以90例血压正常者作为对照，检测血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、栽脂蛋白A1及B（apoAl、apoB）、脂蛋白（a）[p（a）]，进行比较分析。结果高血压病人血清TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB、Lp（a）水平明显高于正常对照组，并且观察组的异常检出率指标也多于对照组：结论老年高血压患者容易出现脂质代谢紊乱。

Objective To detect the changes of lipid and lipoprotein in aged patients with hypertension and to discuss the clinical significance of it. Methods Samples from 90 cases of in - patients with hyper-tension were collected and 90 shares of samples from healthy persons with normal blood pressure which served as control group, then the changes of total cholesterol, glycerin trilaurate, hight density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ） , apolipoprotein A1 and B （ apoA1 , apoB ） , lipoprotein a [ Lp （a） ] were detected and the results were analyzed. Results The content of total cholesterol, glycerin trilaurate, HDL - C, LDL - C, apoB, Lp （a） were higher than that in control group and the difference were significant. Conclusion Patients with hypertension are apt to suffered from disorder of lipid metabolism.
