摘要 在分析国内外煤矿安全监测监控系统现状的基础上,指出国内煤矿综合自动化存在的瓶颈问题。提出基于工业以太网的综合自动化系统结构,将煤矿的环境安全信息和设备工况信息统一在一个网络平台上,实现全矿井综合自动化系统软件组态化设计。建立全矿井监测、控制、管理一体化的大型开放式分布控制系统,改造传统的矿井生产运行方式。研制开发隔爆环网交换机和综合接入网关,支持环网冗余和各类监控子系统的接入。应用表明,设计的系统能够促进信息共享,保证对全矿井安全状况和生产过程进行实时监控、调度。 On the basis of analyzing the present status of coal mine monitoring systems both at home and abroad,the paper pointed out the bottleneck problems existing in domestic coal mine integrated automation.The paper put forward a novel integrated automation system based on industrial Ethernet,which integrates the information of environmental security and device conditions on a network control platform,this thus realizing the software configuration design of the whole mine integrated automation system.A large scale and open distributed control system was thus built up so as to improve traditional mine production manner.Explosion-proof ring switch and integrated access gateway were developed,which supports the redundancy of ring network and the access of various kinds of subsystems.The application results showed that the designed system can promote information sharing and ensure the real-time monitoring and management of safe production conditions and process in the whole mine.
