摘要
目的:在大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型上进一步证实蝮蛇毒蛋白C激活物(PCA)对缺血再灌损伤心肌的保护作用。方法:麻醉大鼠,结扎左冠状动脉30 min后再灌注90min。结扎前10 min静脉注射PCA。观察PCA对大鼠心肌酶学、心肌梗死面积和脂质过氧化的影响。结果:PCA能有效缩小大鼠心肌梗死范围,降低血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性;能显著提高大鼠心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低心肌和血清脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结论:蝮蛇毒蛋白C激活物对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤心肌有保护作用。
Objective:To further substantiate the protective effects of protein C activator(PCA) from agkistrodon halys pallas venom against myocardium injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion in anesthetized rats.Methods:The myocardial injury was induced by ligation of left coronary for 30min followed by relief for 90 min.PCA(0.5,1.0 mg/kg,iv) was administered 10min prior to ischemiareperfusion and the effect of PCA on enzymes of myocardial,myocardial infarction size and lipid peroxide were observed.Results:PCA greatly reduced the infarction size,decreased myocardial creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) release,raised the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and knocked down the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) in myocardia and serum in comparison with the control group.Conclusion:PCA may have protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
