摘要 目的:探讨采用卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗少、弱、畸精子不育症的临床效果。方法:对36例少、弱、畸精子症不育者共计44个ICSI治疗周期进行了回顾性分析。结果:44个ICSI治疗周期共取卵450个,MⅡ期卵母细胞353个,MⅡ期卵母细胞正常受精率83%,卵裂率89.5%,临床妊娠15例,周期临床妊娠率为34%。结论:ICSI对少、弱、畸精子不育症是一种有效的治疗方法。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) in treatment of oligozoospermia,azoospermia and teratozoospermia.Methods:The data were gathered from 36 male infertility cases with oligozoospermia,azoospermia or teratozoospermia within 44 ICSI treatment cycles and studied retrospectively.Results:In 44 treatment cycles,450 oocytes were obtained,among which 353 were in metaphase II(MII).The normal fertilization rate of MII oocytes was 83% and the cleavage rate,89.5%.There were 15 cases of the clinical pregnancy and the rate was 34% per cycle.Conclusion:ICSI is an effective method in treating infertility of oligozoospermia,azoospermia and teratozoospermia.
