卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术的临床应用

Clinical application of intracytoplasmic sperm injection in treating oligozoospermia,azoospermia and teratozoospermia

目的:探讨采用卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗少、弱、畸精子不育症的临床效果。方法:对36例少、弱、畸精子症不育者共计44个ICSI治疗周期进行了回顾性分析。结果:44个ICSI治疗周期共取卵450个,MⅡ期卵母细胞353个,MⅡ期卵母细胞正常受精率83%,卵裂率89.5%,临床妊娠15例,周期临床妊娠率为34%。结论:ICSI对少、弱、畸精子不育症是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI） in treatment of oligozoospermia,azoospermia and teratozoospermia.Methods：The data were gathered from 36 male infertility cases with oligozoospermia,azoospermia or teratozoospermia within 44 ICSI treatment cycles and studied retrospectively.Results：In 44 treatment cycles,450 oocytes were obtained,among which 353 were in metaphase II（MII）.The normal fertilization rate of MII oocytes was 83% and the cleavage rate,89.5%.There were 15 cases of the clinical pregnancy and the rate was 34% per cycle.Conclusion：ICSI is an effective method in treating infertility of oligozoospermia,azoospermia and teratozoospermia.
