鼻内镜下治疗顽固性出血22例临床分析

Treatment of refractory epistaxis by nasal endoscopic surgery in 22 cases

目的：探讨鼻内镜治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2004年1月-2007年1月在鼻内镜下进行治疗顽固性鼻出血22例的临床效果。结果：22例病例均在鼻内镜下止血治疗获得成功,随访6月-3年未见复发者,疗效满意。结论：鼻内镜用于治疗鼻出血具有视野清楚,准确,止血迅速,疗效确切。在治疗顽固性鼻出血中有推广价值。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of treating refractory intractable expistaxis with endoscopic surgery.Methods： Twenty-two cases of intractable epistaxis from January 2004 to January 2007 treated by endosopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results： The success rate was 100% and follow-up ranged from 6 to 36 months after surgery showed no recurrence.Conclusion： Nasal endoscopic surgery for expistaxis can be desirable for its wide surgical exposure,exact location,quick stoppage of bleeding and curative effect.
