国内外尼莫地平片体外溶出度考察

Comparison of dissolution rates of domestically-made and imported nimodipine tablets

用紫外分光光度法对国内5个厂家的尼莫地平片剂及进口的尼莫通片剂进行体外溶出实验。结果显示其中国内应用固体分散技术生产的尼莫地平片的溶出度与尼莫通溶出百分率接近，明显高于未采用此技术生产的尼莫地平片剂，经方差检验，有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。提示经固体分散技术工艺改进后的国产尼莫地平片的溶出度明显提高。

The dissolution rates of nimodipine tablets produced by 5 pharmaceutical factories in China, the technique of solid-dispersion was used in one of which, and imported nimodipine tablets were determined by UV Spectrophotometry. The result showed that the dissolution rates of nimodipine tablets produced with solid-dispersion technique, similar to the result of imported nimodipine, was higher than that of the medicine produced with other techniques. The difference is significantly. It suggested that the solid--dispersion technique help increasing the dissolution rates of nimodipine tablets.
