摘要
结合价值工程理论,提出了军械装备保障中应用规范化管理的概念,阐述了在军械装备保障中运用价值工程的工作目标规范、工作流程规范和主要节点规范的内容,给出了在军械装备保障中运用价值工程工作规范化管理的方法。
Combing with value engineering theory this paper put forward the concept that applying standardized management in ordnance equipment support. The paper expatiates on the content of working target criterion, working flow criterion, and the criterion in main node when using value engineering in ordnance equipment support. It also offers the standardized management method when using value engineering in ordnance equipment support.
