交泰丸合栝楼牛蒡汤加减治疗青春期后痤疮48例

Effects of the Modified Decoction of Jiaotai Pill and Trichosanthes Arctium Lappa Decoction in Treatment of 48 Cases of Acne After Adolescent Age

目的探讨交泰丸合栝楼牛蒡汤加减在青春期后痤疮中的治疗作用。方法48例青春期后痤疮患者给予交泰丸合栝楼牛蒡汤加减治疗,观察治疗前后皮损变化。结果4周后患者皮损改善显著。结论交泰丸合栝楼牛蒡汤加减方对辨证为肝郁脾虚、心肾不交的青春期后痤疮患者皮损有显著治疗作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the modified decoction of Jiaotai pill and Trichosanthes Arctium Lappa decoction in treatment of acne after adolescent age. Methods 48 patients with acne after adolescent age were treated with the modified decoction of Jiaotai pill and Trichosanthes Arctium Lappa decoction, and then the differences of skin lesions on these patients were investigated before and after the treatment. Results Skin lesions on patients were improved measurably after four weeks＇ treatment. Conclusion The modified decoction of Jiaotai pill and Trichosanthes Aretium Lappa decoction have remarkable therapeutic effects on treating patients who have the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen and incoordination between heart and kidney of acne after adolescent age.
