摘要
塑料包装材料化学迁移物(添加剂、单体、低聚体、分解产物等)在食品(模拟物)内存在不稳定现象。文中介绍了迁移物不稳定性相关研究进展,分析了迁移物的不稳定机理,基于有限差分方法和MATLAB平台开发了迁移预测软件MigraSoft 2006,数值模拟了食品(模拟物)内化学物的不稳定性。
Chemical substances such as additives, monomer, oligomer and decomposed products migrating from plastic packaging materials may be instable in food(simulants), which will directly affect the veracity and reliability of migration testing results. Research on migrants stability is summarized and instability theory of migrants is advanced. MigraSoft 2006, a software developed by MATLAB using Finite Difference Method for predicting migration, is utilized to simulate instability of chemical migrants in foods (simulants) numerically.
