摘要
通过热致相分离法制备了聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜,选用的稀释剂为二苯甲酮、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸丙二醇酯。测定了各个体系的相图并比较了不同条件下得到的膜孔结构的差异,以此为依据分析了稀释剂种类、聚合物浓度和冷却条件对相分离机理和膜结构的影响。
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous membranes were prepared via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The diluents were diphenyl ketone, dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate and propylene glycol carbonate. The effects of diluents, polymer concentrations and cooling conditions on the resulting microstructure of membranes were investigated by comparing the pore structures of membranes prepared in different conditions.
