摘要
通过胶原蛋白接枝改性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂,探讨了接枝改性过程中反应温度、时间、成盐亲水物质量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,在接枝反应中成盐亲水物质为单体质量分数的5.0%、反应温度80℃、反应时间2.5h为最佳接枝反应条件。通过研究和对比改性前后聚氨酯涂饰剂成膜后试样的吸水性、力学性能及透水汽性能,发现改性后试样的断裂伸长率最高可达1401%,透水汽速率可达454.2mg/10cm^2·24h。获得最佳性能涂饰剂时,胶原蛋白用量为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)摩尔总量的15%~20%。
The effect of the reaction conditions was investigated on the grafting modification of polyurethane finishing agent with collagen. The optimized reaction conditions are: the ratio of DMPA to monomers is 5.0%, reaction temperature is 80 ℃, and reaction time is 1.5 h. The water-absorbing capacity, mechanical behaviors and water vapor permeability of the PU films with and without collagen modification were discussed. It is found that after the modification of collagen, the elongation at break of the PU film increases up to 1401%, and the water vapor permeation is 454.2 mg/10cm^2 ·24 h. The optimized ratio of collagen to IPDI is 15% -20% (molar fraction).
