摘要
在分析产品技术难点的基础上,研究了产品关键工序——平面磨削的加工方法,探索了热处理过程中奥氏体含量与产品尺寸稳定性的关系,给出了精加工工艺及精度稳定性的控制措施。
Based on the analysis of technical difficult points of the product, the key process - plane grinding is studied, and the relation between residual austcnitc and dimensional stability is researched. The finishing technology and control measures of precision stability is put forward.
