经腹股沟管输精管结扎后兔附睾内的精子郁积

Spermatozoal Stasis in the Epididymis after Vasectomy via Inguinal Canal in Rabbits

目的了解经腹股沟管的兔输精管结扎术后附睾内的精子郁积情况。方法6月龄正常雄性日本大耳白兔18只,经腹股沟管进行单侧闭合性(11只动物)和开放性(7只动物)输精管结扎,术后3月取双侧附睾,制作甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋切片,用体视学方法定量研究附睾内郁积的精子团的体积。结果两种结扎术后结扎侧附睾的总体积均显著增加(与对侧假手术侧相比),分别增加了59%(闭合性结扎)、44%(开放性结扎);附睾内精子团的总体积显著增加了148%(闭合性结扎)、120%(开放性结扎)。结扎侧附睾的肿胀以及附睾内精子的郁积主要在附睾的尾部,附睾头部及体部的肿胀及其内的精子郁积并不明显。结论远离附睾尾的兔输精管结扎术后3月,睾丸仍在产生大量精子,附睾内精子大量郁积。

Objective To study the stasis of spermatozoa in the epididymis after vasectomy via inguinal canal in rabbits. Methods 18 normal male Japanese white rabbits （aged 6 months） were subjected to unilateral close-ended （ 11 animals） or open-ended （7 animals） vasectomy via the inguinal canal. Three months after operation, epididymides were removed and methaerylate resin-embedded sections prepared. The volume of spermatozoal mass filled up in the epididymis was quantitatively studied using stereologieal methods. Results The volume of epididymis on the vaseetomized side increased significantly after either of the methods of vasectomy （ in comparison with that on the eontralateral side） , by 59% （close-ended vasectomy） and 44% （open-ended vasectomy） , respectively; the total volume of spermatozoal mass in the epididymis increased significantly by 148% （close-ended vasectomy） and 120% （open-ended vasectomy） , respectively. The epididymal distention and stasis on the vaseetomized side was mainly in the eauda of epididymis, unapparent in the caput or corpus. Conclusion Three months after vasectomy away from the eauda epididymidis the testis continued to produce numerous spermatozoa which were stagnated in the epididymis.
