关节镜下有限清理术加系统康复训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

Limited Debridement under Arthroscopy and Systematical Intensive Rehabilitation for Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨关节镜有限清理术配合系统的康复训练措施对中重度软骨退变的膝关节骨关节炎的治疗作用。方法对17例中重度软骨退变的膝关节骨关节炎患者,根据关节镜下软骨退变的不同程度,在关节镜下行不同程度和范围的膝关节有限清理术,辅以较完善的术前术后康复训练以及出院康复指导。结果随访5个月-3年,平均21个月,良好6例(8膝),占35.3%;尚可9例(11膝),占52.9%;差2例(2膝),占11.8%。结论关节镜下膝关节有限清理术配合完善的康复训练措施对中重度软骨退变的膝关节骨关节炎有一定的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effects of limited debridement under arthroscopy and systematical intensive rehabilitation for treatment of middle or severe knee osteoarthritis. Methods According to the extent of arthroscopic degenerative change of articular cartilage, 17 patients with middle or severe knee osteoarthritis were treated with limited debridement under arthroscopy and systematical preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation. Results All patients were followed up for 5 months to 3 years （ mean 21 months）. 6 cases （35.3 % ） received good results, 9 （52.9%）fair results,and 2 （11.8%）poor results. Conclusions Limited debridement under arthroscopy and systematical intensive rehabilitation is effective for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
