内外固定加植骨治疗肱骨干多次术后骨不连 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨单侧外固定架结合有限内固定、自体髂骨移植治疗肱骨干多次术后骨不连的方法和疗效。方法使用单侧外固定架结合短LC-DCP钢板、自体髂骨植骨治疗肱骨干骨折多次术后骨不连11例。结果11例均在术后3-8月(平均4.7月)骨性愈合。根据Stewart&Hundley标准,优良率为90.9%,临床疗效满意。结论坚强的内外固定及足量植骨治疗肱骨干多次术后骨不连,固定牢靠、损伤小、复位满意、操作简单、骨愈合快,可行早期关节功能锻炼避免关节强直,弥补了许多无法单独用内固定及外固定方法的缺陷。
