医学生临床毕业实习阶段的质量管理与监控一直以来是学校重视的工作。本文就质量标准、监控队伍、监控措施、检查与评价结果应用等几个方面作了分析。认为只有标准明确、队伍稳定、制度有效、激励机制保障有力,结合各种管理与监控手段,实现目标管理与过程管理有机统一,才能促进实习质量渐进性提高。

Since great importance has been attached to medicoclinic graduation practice quality supervision by the authority of school, after probing into such factors as： quality standards, monitoring teams, control measures, inspection and evaluation of the results and its application, the paper draws the conclusion that no other than a clear standard, steady team, efficient system, powerfully supportive incentive mechanisms, integrated management and monitoring measures, and to aehieve objectives management and process management organic unification, can the graduation clinical practice be promoted gradually.
