As a basic medical-ethnics principle all over the world, ＂Informed Consent＂ has its origin in common law. In China, the study of ＂ Informed Consent＂ mainly focuses on ethnics, not on Jurisprudence. Through the brief introduce of the Jurisprudence of Informed Consent in America, we hope that these theories can use for reference to our research.
