摘要
本文以非历史保护性旧建筑为研究对象,分析了对其进行改造和利用的建筑思潮的产生和发展,并列举了国内外的一些成功典范,指出非保护性旧建筑的改造和利用是对过去盲目大拆大建建设模式的一种反抗,我们应该更理性、更有创造性地看待这些失去或者即将失去原有功能的旧建筑。
This paper bases on the non-historical protective old constructions,analyzes the appearance and development of a thought that these kinds of old constructions should be transformed and reused,and lists some successful examples in china and abroad.Then points out this thought is the resistance against pulling down old constructions blindly.We should treat those old constructions which have lost original functions rationally and creatively.
