自血光量子回输疗法治疗突发性耳聋甲皱微循环观察

Observation of Nail Fold Microcirculation of Patients with Sudden Deafness after Treating with Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation

摘要 65例突发性耳聋患者通过自血光量子回输疗法治疗后,甲皱微循环的血流速度、管袢畸形数目、红细胞聚集和血色等都有明显的改善,加权积分法的总积分P<0.001,有极显著性差异.观察证明白血光量子回输疗法是治疗突发性耳聋的一种理想的物理方法,甲皱微循环是其评定的一项有用指标。 65 patients with sudden deafness were treated with ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO). The results showed that the velocity of blood now, number of abnormal vesseles, the red blood cell aggregation, blood colour and so on had significant improvement. The total count was less than that before treatment (P<0. 001). The findings demonstrated that UBIO is an ideal physical method for the treatment of sodden deafness and nail. fold microcirculation is a useful item to evaluate its effect.
