SLE患者Th2细胞活化相关基因的表达
摘要
本研究通过检测SLE患者和正常人PBMC中IL-4、IL-4R、STAT6、GATA3、MBD2的mRNA的表达水平，探讨SLE患者Th2细胞异常活化情况。
