氯痤疮的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 现代工业给人类带来了进步与发展,但由此产生的废物也使人类付出健康代价。以二噁英为代表的环境污染物对人体健康有多方面的影响,导致许多疾病的发生,其对皮肤的影响主要表现为氯痤疮。氯痤疮是接触环境污染物二噁英或其他氯化烃类化合物并经系统吸收中毒后引起的一种痤疮样皮肤疾病,认为是“二噁英中毒的可靠标志”。虽然氯痤疮的发病机制仍未完全清楚,但目前认为该病与寻常痤疮在发生原因、发病机制、临床表现、病理改变和治疗等方面有着明显不同。
