摘要
厚度为1.0与1.7cm的中成药原粉,分别经远红外线(2~20μm)加热70℃作用90分钟与加热100℃作用120分钟,细菌总数的减少分别>99.0%与>99.9%。经70℃作用90分钟,单味药粉挥发油损失1.02%~5.18%,其颜色、气味、折光率与旋光度变化不明显。
Heating of raw powder of Chinese proprietary drugs of 1.0 and 1.7 cm thickness by far infrared rays (2~20 μm) to 70℃ for 90 min or to 100℃ for 120 min reduced total bacterial count by >99.0% and >99.9% respectively. Heating to 70℃ for 90 min caused loss of volatile oil of single drug powder by 1.02%~5.18%, while the change in its color, odor, refractive index and optical rotation was not significant.
