摘要 目的:探讨和总结近年来关于妊娠期高血压疾病病因学研究进展。方法:对近10年来国内外相关文献和综述的查阅和总结。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病的病因学研究进展主要集中在免疫、遗传及胎盘滋养细胞因素上,也有氧化应激、瘦素水平等其他新的学说。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病的发生是多因素参与的一个综合结果。 Objective:To explore and summarize the progress of study on etiology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in recent years. Methods: Inquiring and summarizing domestic and international literatures about etiology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the late decade. Results-Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy etiology research progress mainly concentrated in the immune, genetic factors and placental trophoblast cells, as well as oxidative stress, leptin levels, and other new doctrine, Conclusion. The incident of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a synthetical result which is effected by many factors.
