摘要
汤显祖和莎士比亚分别在他们的代表作《邯郸记》和《麦克白》中塑造了两个极有权欲和手段的女性形象。她们在作品中的合理性和现实意义以及她们的形象与"人性"大主题的联系是我们探讨这两部作品的伟大意义时必然无法忽视的一个方面。西苏等女性主义学者提出的"双性同体"理论为我们把握这两个女性角色提供了全新的理论依据和视角。
Tang Xianzu and Shakespeare,in their masterpieces of The Handan Dream and Macbeth,created two women characters who tried various means to seize power and status for themselves and their husbands. The significance of these two women characters and their relation with the theme of humanity is not to be neglected when we appreciate these two plays. The theory of androgyny provides a proper method and angle in analyzing the two characters.
