摘要
天铁高炉应用高效节能技术,先后实施干法除尘、TRT余压发电和余热回收等技术改造,通过高风温、高顶压、富氧喷煤和低硅冶炼技术,优化炉料结构,加强高炉操作,降低休风率,高炉技术经济指标持续改善,高炉节能降耗工作取得了显著效果。
Blast furnace in Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co. Ltd. has been applied with some efficient energy saving technologies, such as dry type dedusting, TRT and residual heat recovery. The techno-economic index, energy saving and energy consumption keep improving by following measures: high blasting temperature and top pressure, oxygen enriched PCI and low silicon smelting technology, optimized burden structure, improved BF operation and lower wind off rate.
